Dance steps

It is mainly danced freestyle. These moves you with his arms and as a diversion especially the Running Man is sprinkled. The Shuffle has no limits, so that each " shuffler " can develop their own styles of dance.

The T-Step

The dance consists essentially of three basic steps, which are combined together rhythmically in random order:

The starting position of the feet is a "T" represents a tap on the bottom of the leg, whilst the foot of the other leg is alternately turned to the left and right ( "sliding "). A third step combines the first two steps, by a short leg crosses the other from the rear.

Running Man

An extended part of this dance style is the "Running Man". This is combined in random order with the Shuffle. Running quickly and smoothly enough gives the impression that the shuffler would go in place. The Running Man is executed in two steps. The basic position is a small lunge forward. From this position, you pull the front leg by a small jump to the middle of the default step backwards. While doing this, you lift the back leg on a bit. Both feet have to be next to each other or no further forward or rearward protruding than the other. Now comes the second step. The leg, which have been drawn up in the mid- back, and you now presses all the way back, during which one interacts with the other leg on the front. It is located in the opposite base position. Now you repeat the above two steps from this position.

With practice the above two steps merge into one and the illusion of the Running Man is created. The Running Man but there is also a so-called "One Step Running Man". When "One Step Running Man" it is in the same starting position as well as the standard Running Man with two "Steps", with the difference that the back leg is not pulled into the center, but is caught up in a movement forward. In this case, the other leg, which initially moves forward lying in a " slide" towards the rear. The Malaysia Shuffle style is characterized by its extreme Running Man. In this style, the first obgenannter steps is carried out excessively far, so there is little room for the second step. This gives the impression that a very large and hard step is made, which is a popular one, especially in the Hardstyle scene.

The Kick

The kick is an important part of the Shuffles, the those little " funk ". For this we use the same steps as in the basic step, but it is the foot which is raised, not applied to the other, but one enters with him into the air.
