Melinda Czink
Melinda Czink [ mɛlindɒ Tsink ] ( born October 22, 1982 in Budapest) is a Hungarian tennis player. She has a residence in Budapest and one in New York.
Career
In her career, the left-hander won so far a title on the WTA Tour (2009 in Quebec), reached a second time a final (2005 in Canberra) and succeeded beyond twice the catchment in a semi-final (2006 and 2009 in Bangalore in Fez). In addition, she was eleven times in the quarter- finals of a WTA tournament.
In September 2009 Czink reached her highest ever position in the WTA world rankings with number 37. After the Hungarian by far the most successful year in 2009 - with the personal top ranking and the first track on the tour - there was a setback. 2011 left her with the move into the third round of Wimbledon Championships sit up again. In summer 2012, she returned temporarily in the Top 100 back ( end of 2012: number 96 ).
