Merete Fjeldavlie

Merete Fjeldavlie ( born August 13, 1968 in Oslo ) is a Norwegian former alpine skier.

The Downhill, Giant Slalom and Super -G specialist, won several top positions. In March 1992, she won the Super G Vail (USA ) before the Austrian Petra Kronberger and Carole Merle (FRA). In that season they finished in 2nd place in the Super - G World Cup.

Less successful was she at major events. A 9th place in the downhill at the World Ski Championships 2001 in St. Anton am Arlberg was her best result. In 2002, she ended her career as a ski racer.
