Merimasku

Merimasku [ mɛrimɑsku ] is a former municipality in the archipelago off the coast of Southwest Finland. It is located on the island of Otava and was incorporated into the city of Naantali 2009.

The municipality had Merimasku excluding marine areas an area of ​​52.16 km ². It included the northern part of the Otava and 93 smaller islets, including six inhabited all year round. The parish village of Merimasku with the church built in 1726 is located at the northern tip Otavas and is separated by the narrow Kirkonsalmi Sound from the mainland.
