The Mesenskaja Pischma (Russian Мезенская Пижма ) is a right tributary of the mesas in the Arkhangelsk Oblast and the Republic of Komi in northwestern Russia.

It rises on Timanrücken in the Komi Republic near the border with Arkhangelsk Oblast. From there it flows in a predominantly westerly direction to the mesas. In the upper reaches it flows through uninhabited area. In the lower reaches there are three settlements: Schegmas ( at the mouth of the creek of the same name ), and Larkino Rodoma (at the mouth of the mesas ).

The Mesenskaja Pischma has a length of 236 km and drains an area of 3830 km ². Your biggest outflows they achieved during snowmelt in May and June. The average discharge at the level Larkino, 61 km above the mouth, is 40.7 m³ / s
