Michael Curry

Michael Edward Curry ( born August 22, 1968 in Anniston ( Alabama)) is an American basketball coach and current assistant coach of the Philadelphia 76ers. Michael Curry came on June 9, 2008 on the Detroit Pistons, who had previously been coached by Flip Saunders. Michael Curry himself played in the NBA from 1993-2005. During this period he scored during the regular season, a total of 2,986 points and 1,045 rebounds fetched.

Playing career

In eleven years in the NBA he played for six different clubs. Prior to his NBA career, he played at Steiner Bayreuth.

From 2001 to 2005 was president of the players union Curry National Basketball Players Association.

Detroit Pistons
