Michael Forest

Michael Forest (actually Gerald Michael Charlebois, born April 17, 1929 in Harvey, North Dakota ) is an American actor and voice actor.

Life

Forest came as a child with his family to Seattle; later he attended the University of Washington. As a physically strong student, he trained for a career as a boxer, but decided for acting. So he went in 1955 to Los Angeles and took classes with Jeff Corey. He quickly became a member of the regular cast of Roger Corman; He also received offers from theaters and on television.

1968 Forest moved to Rome, where he made about 25 films in the next ten years and worked as a voice actor for the English market in more than 500. After his return to the U.S. he was seen in the running since 1956 soap opera "As the World Turns"; just as he got back roles on Broadway. He later became part of the regular cast of "The Catlins ".
