Michael Schulz ( born September 3, 1961 in Harlingen) is a former German football player.

Association

About the TuS Sulingen, TuS Syke and VfB Oldenburg 1987 he came to the first FC Kaiserslautern. After high school he hit a career as a sports instructor at the police station and began his career at the age of 26 years as a professional footballer. Between 1987 and 1997, denied Schulz 243 Bundesliga matches in which he scored eight goals. After the end of his professional career, he earned the A coaching license.

National

For the national team, he was in 1992 and 1993, seven times in use and has been with the team in the 1992 European Championship in Sweden, where they lost the final 0-2 Denmark, European vice-champion.

Achievements

During his active career as a professional footballer brought Kaiserslautern, Bremen and Dortmund together five league titles, but none went to Schulz.
