Michail Lifits

Mikhail Lifits ( born September 25, 1982 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan ) is a German pianist of Uzbek origin.

Life

Born in 1982 in Tashkent (Uzbekistan ) pianist Mikhail Lifits began at the age of five years of piano lessons and studied with Boris Petrushansky in Piano Academy " Incontri col Maestro " in Imola ( Italy), and Karl -Heinz Kammerling and Bernd Goetzke at the University of Music and Theatre in Hanover.

In 1991, Lifits first appearances in Uzbekistan, followed by concerts in Europe, Asia and the USA. In 1995 he made ​​his debut with the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Uzbekistan. The orchestral engagements include concerts by Mikhail Lifits with the Deutsches Symphonie - Orchester Berlin, Thüringen Philharmonie Gotha, the Florence Symphony Orchestra, Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestra del Teatro Verdi di Trieste, the Orchestra J.Futura, the Orchestra Sinfonica del Friuli Venezia Giulia and the Orchestra Sinfonica Siciliana in Palermo.

Since 2011 Mikhail Lifits stands at the Decca / Universal Classics under contract.
