Michał Bąkiewicz
Michał Bąkiewicz ( born March 22, 1981 in Piotrków ) is a Polish volleyball player.
Michał Bąkiewicz began in primary school age with the sport. His debut in the Polish national team, he was in 2001., But injuries to the shin kept him first in participating in major tournaments.
2004 reached Bąkiewicz with the national team at the Summer Olympic Games in Athens in fifth place. The greatest success as a national player, he celebrated in 2009, when he took first place with the team at the European Championships in Turkey. 2001 brought Bąkiewicz at the European Championships in Austria and the Czech Republic the bronze medal.
Michał Bąkiewicz currently plays for Polish Champion Skra Belchatow.
