Michal Breznaník ( born December 16, 1985 in Revúca ) is a Slovak football player, who is currently in Russia with FC Amkar Perm under contract.

Club career

Michal Breznaník started his football career in his hometown at the MFK Revúca, later he played at FC Junior - Radvaň and moved to ŽP Šport Podbrezová. In 2007 he moved to the big Slovak football club SK Slovan Bratislava. In the 2010/11 season, he was loaned by ŠK Slovan Bratislava Slovan Liberec. Then he immediately became a regular player, he moved to the season for FC Slovan. Here he was Czech football champions in the 2011/12 season. On 6 December 2012, he signed a three year contract with the Russian first division side FC Amkar Perm.

National team career

Breznaník debuted on February 29, 2012 for his home country of Slovakia in a friendly against Turkey. He came off the bench in 61 minutes and contributed to the 2-1 win his country.
