Michel Ménard

Michel Ménard ( born May 20, 1961 in Saint- Berthevin la Tannière, Mayenne ) is a French politician. He is the National Assembly since 2007 deputy.

After a teaching degree in Nantes Ménard worked in various jobs in the social sector. In 1986, he joined the Socialist Party and drew 1995 on the list of the later Prime Minister Jean -Marc Ayrault to the City Council of Nantes one. In addition, he moved in 2001 to the General Council of the department of Loire -Atlantique one. In 2004 he was elected as its Vice President. In the 2007 parliamentary elections, he ran in the fifth constituency of the Loire-Atlantique department and moved into the National Assembly. In 2012 he was re-elected.
