Michelle McGann

Michelle McGann ( born December 30, 1969 in West Palm Beach, Florida) is an American professional golfer within the so-called LPGA Tour.

Life

At the age of 13 years was diagnosed with diabetes type 1 Michelle McGann; at this time they wat already three-time Junior Champion of the State of Florida. In 1987 she won the U.S. Girls' Junior; the American Junior Golf Association named her Junipr - Player of the Year; Golf Magazine and Golf Digest they listed on among the top players of the Amateurbereihs. In 1988, she won the Doherty Cup Championship and played in the U.S. Women's Open and at the Boston Five Classic.

By joining the LPGA Tour in 1989 she became a professional in 1996 and took the team of Americans at the Solheim Cup in part. 1995 and 1996 it belonged to the top ten prize winners.

It supports and donates to the Diabetes Research Institute; she even wears an insulin pump. Since 2010 she has been married to businessman Jonathan Satter.
