Mick Fleetwood

Michael " Mick " John Kells Fleetwood (* June 24 1947 in Redruth, England ) is a rock musician, known as co-founder and drummer of the band Fleetwood Mac, whose name also contains his family name. In addition to his continuous membership of Fleetwood Mac, he has also released several solo albums since 1981, but remained largely unnoticed. Only the album The Visitor something caught sensation since it was included in Accra / Ghana.

In the fall of 2008 he went with the " Mick Fleetwood Blues Band " on a tour to mark the 40th anniversary of the band Fleetwood Mac. These pieces from the Peter Green- era of the band were mainly played. As a singer and guitarist Rick Vito acted, who was in the late 1980s already for a few years with Fleetwood Mac. The band also released a CD of studio and live recordings, and in 2010 a DVD with concert footage.

As an actor, Mick Fleetwood had, among other things in the movie Running with Man and also had a guest appearance on the science fiction series Star Trek: The Next Generation.
