Midland (TTC)

Midland is a oberdirdische subway station in Toronto. It lies on the Scarborough RT, the Toronto Subway, at the Midland Avenue between Ellesmere Road and Cosentino Drive. The station has side platforms, is used daily by an average of 3020 passengers (2009 /10), making it one of the least frequented of Subwaynetzes.

Reason for the low utilization is the location in a commercial area of low density. There is a transfer possibility to a bus route. The route in this area on a viaduct. The opening of the station on 24 March 1985 along with the entire Scarborough RT between Kennedy and McCowan. As part of the road project Transit City who served with linear motor trains line to be converted into a rail and extended beyond McCowan addition.
