Mikael Lind

Mikael Lind ( born February 20, 1972 in Gävle ) is a retired Swedish professional ice hockey player.

Career

Mikael Lind began his career as a hockey player in his hometown when Brynäs IF, for the first team he 1990/91 his debut in the season in the Elitserien, where he remained point - and impunity in nine games. In the following three years, the attacker played for city rivals Gävle HF in the then Division 1 second-rate, before he again took from 1994 to 1996 for Brynäs in the Elitserien. With the club he failed in the 1994/95 season in the finals at the Swedish Championship at HV 71 Jönköping.

In summer 1996, Lind joined the second division Timrå IK, with whom he in the 1999/2000 season in the HockeyAllsvenskan that the division had one replaced as the second- highest division, took up and climb in the Elitserien, where he spent with his team another three years before he was hired in the summer of 2003 from his former club Brynäs IF, for which he has since been a regular on the ice. Following the 2008/ 09 season, he finished his career.
