Milan Kopic

Milan Kopic ( born November 23, 1985 in Pelhřimov) is a Czech football player.

Club career

Milan Kopic began playing football at FK Humpolec. At the age of twelve years changed the defender for FC Highlands Jihlava. In the season 2005/ 06 he made ​​the leap into the professional squad and made his debut in the Gambrinus Liga. In the summer of 2006 Kopic was obliged Sparta Prague.

At the top Czech club, however, the defensive talent could not prevail and moved in early 2007 for FK Mladá Boleslav. Here Kopic could win a regular place, after one and half years, he joined the Dutch Eredivisie for SC Heerenveen. With Heerenveen, the Czech won the 2008/09 KNVB Cup, but was able to fight for a regular place and came to only three inserts in the Eredivisie. In January 2010 Kopic was given until end of season to Slavia Prague. In July 2010 Kopic returned to Heerenveen.

Kopic played six times for the Czech Under-21 national team.
