Miloš Kocić

Miloš Kocić ( born June 4, 1985 in Leskovac, SFR Yugoslavia) is a Serbian football goalkeeper.

Career

Youth

Miloš Kocić was born in the former Yugoslavia. In 2004 he moved to the United States before he played in the Serbian Youth League and in the Srpska Liga East for FK Radnički Beograd. His first stations in the U.S. were the football teams in the St. John's University in New York City and Loyola University in Maryland. He also played in various representative teams.

D.C. United

Kocić was during the MLS SuperDraft 2008 by DC United drafted. On 22 April 2009 he made his debut for United in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup against FC Dallas. His league debut came shortly thereafter on May 2, also against FC Dallas.

Toronto FC

During the 2009 season he was released by United. After a first attempt at Toronto FC begin failed, he was committed for the 2010 season. His first game for the Canadians took place on 2 June 2010 against the Vancouver Whitecaps in the Canadian Championship instead. During this time, he also played on loan for the Serbian White Eagles of the Canadian Soccer League. On October 16, he made his MLS debut. In the game against the Columbus Crew, he came in the 72nd minute for Jon Conway on the field after he received a red card. A week later he played against DC United in his first game from the beginning.
