Milton George Henschel

Milton George Henschel ( born August 9, 1920 in Covington, Kentucky; † 22 March 2003) was from 1992 to 2000 president of the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society, the organizational central device of the religious community of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Henschel was a member of the so-called " Governing Body " of religious management and decision-making body of the religious community, from 1970 until his death. In 1933 he stood in the service of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. From 1939 to 1977 he was a close associate of Nathan Homer Knorr, who was president of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society from 1942 until his death. 1956 Henschel married Lucille Bennett.
