Ministry of State Security (China)

The Ministry for State Security (Chinese中华人民共和国 国家 安全 部/中华人民共和国 国家 安全 部, Pinyin Zhōnghuá Rénmín Gònghéguó guojia Ānquánbù, Ministry of the People's Republic of China State Security ' ) is responsible for security interests of the People's Republic of China. In Europe, the name of the ministry is mostly mentioned in relation to the areas of network censorship and human rights.

The Ministry for State Security of the People 's Republic of China is one of the largest foreign intelligence services in the world. The Ministry, however, is also responsible for internal security missions. Because of its role as a domestic intelligence service and in the surveillance of dissidents, it is also called the secret police. According to Chinese Criminal Procedure Code, it has at endangering national security the same rights as the police. The Minister Geng Huichang.
