Miranda Hart

Miranda Katharine Hart Dyke ( born December 14, 1972 in Torquay, England) is an English actress, writer and stand-up comedienne. She gave the BBC sitcom Miranda her name, where she is the lead actress and author. In the BBC radio, she presents her own show called Miranda Hart 's Joke Shop. Since 2012, she steps in her first major serious role in the BBC series Call the Midwife on as Camilla ( Chummy ) Fortescue - Cholmondeley - Browne, a midwife in the 1950s from the impoverished East End of London in the missionary work it to Africa draws.

Life

Miranda Hart was born in 1972 in Torquay, Devon, as the daughter of a naval officer David Hart Dyke and Diana Margaret Luce and grew up in Petersfield, Hampshire, on.
