Mircea II of Wallachia

Mircea Basarab II (* 1422, † December 12, 1446 ) was briefly ruler of Wallachia in 1442nd

He was the eldest legitimate son of Vlad Dracul II; other brothers were Radu and Vlad III. Dracula; He was a grandson and namesake of Mircea cel Bătrân.

Until 1436 the entire family resided in Sighisoara. 1442 assumes Mircea his father's business, but immediately disempowered by Basarab II again. Mircea is sent to the Turks of Vlad Dracul II in 1444.
