Miseration

Miseration is a death metal band from Sweden. With Lifeforce Records, the band is under contract.

History

The band was founded in 2006 by Jani Stefanovic ( Divine Fire, Essence Of Sorrow ) and Christian Älvestam ( Scar Symmetry ). The other musicians were recruited from well-known bands of the Swedish scene. Rolf Pilve plays at Essence Of Sorrow on drums, Johan Ylenstrand plays bass with Crimson Moonlight and Marcus Bertilsson is a guitarist of Inevitable End.

The album Your Demons Their Angels was at Rivel Records (now CM Sweden) published. 2008 Jani Stefanovics band Divine Fire was dissolved and Christian Älvestam rose as a singer at Scar Symmetry. The album was subsequently re-released by Lifeforce Records. In the first quarter of 2009, a tour of Central Europe will be held, among other stations on the Legacy Fest and the Elements of Rock.

Style

The band plays fast, aggressive Death Metal with melodic elements and technical solos with bonds to the early Gothenburg school. The main vocals of Christian Älvestam is deep and guttural, on "Your Demons, Their Angels" occurs melodic clean vocals in the chorus of isolated pieces on. Symphonic keyboards support discreetly the arrangement.
