Mitch Morgan (ice hockey)

Mitch Morgan (born 31 January 1991) is a Belgian- Canadian professional ice hockey player who since 2009 at HYC Herentals, who competes in the Dutch Eredivisie since 2012, plays. His father Bill and his brothers Vincent and Ben were or are also professional hockey players.
Career
Mitch Morgan is from the youth department of HYC Herentals. In 2006 he moved to the U18 team of Cologne EC and played there for two years in the German junior league. 2008 he moved to Ligue de hockey junior majeur du Québec, where he played one year with the Foreurs de Val- d'Or. Since 2009 he is in his parent club HYC Herentals under contract. He first played there in the Belgian first division and from 2010 to 2012 in the North Sea Cup Belgian-Dutch. In 2012, he was with the club from Flanders Belgian champion and cup winner. After this success, and due to the adjustment of the North Sea Cup, he moved with his club in the Dutch Eredivisie, since competes as the only Belgian team in Herentals. In 2013 he again won the Belgian Cup competition with Herentals.
Internationally
For Belgium, Morgan took part in the U -20 World Championships in 2010 and 2011 in Division II at junior level.
For the Men's National Team Morgan played before his Junior World Championships inserts. He participated in the World Championships Division II 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013, with 2012 managed to carve out from the B to the A - group of Division II. This year he was not only after compatriot Olivier Roland with 21 points second best scorer of the tournament but was also recognized as the best template generator ( 15 assists).
