The VK Prostějov is a Czech women's volleyball club from Prostějov.

The VK Prostějov was founded in 1991 and dominated since 2009, the Czech Extraliga. The team was the fifth consecutive Czech champions and Cup winners six times. Since 2008 /09 the UK Prostějov also plays internationally in Volleyball Champions League. 2011, the women were also winners of the Central European Volleyball League. The international players Corina Ssuschke (2009 to 2011) and Saskia Hippe (2012 /13) played for the VK Prostějov.
