Trefl Sopot

Trefl Sopot is a Polish sports club in Sopot with Mr. basketball team, women 's and men's volleyball team.

Basketball

The club in 1995 by Kazimierz Wierzbicki was founded. Prokom Trefl Sopot under the name Asseco Prokom Sopot and by 2009 numerous successes have been run. After the sponsor and majority owner Asseco Prokom team in 2009 moved to the neighboring city of Gdynia and there Asseco Prokom Gdynia a new club founded, Kazimierz Wierzbicki started under the old name of a new club in Sopot. For the season 2009/10 the Polish Basketball League Trefl Sopot received a wildcard. In the 2011/12 season was one Polish Cup winners and runners-up.

Volleyball

The volleyball women play in the top division of Poland, Plus league. 2011/12 was the team with the support of the two German internationals Margareta Kozuch and Corina Ssuschke -Voigt Polish Champion.
