Mogale Paul Nkhumishe

Mogale Paul Nkhumishe ( born February 28, 1938 in Warmbaths, Limpopo, South Africa Province; † 29 June 2012) was Roman Catholic Bishop of Polokwane.

Life

Mogale Paul Nkhumishe received on 24 June 1967, the ordination.

Pope John Paul II appointed him on 5 November 1981 for the Titular Bishop of Tigisi in Numidia and Auxiliary Bishop in the Diocese of Lydenburg - Witbank. He received his episcopal consecration of the Archbishop of Bloemfontein, Peter Fanyana John Butelezi OMI, on 14 February 1982 Co-consecrators were the Anton Reiterer MCCJ, Bishop of Lydenburg - Witbank, and Fulgence Werner Le Roy, OSB, Abbot of Pietersburg.

On January 9, 1984, he was appointed Bishop of Lydenburg - Witbank and introduced into the office on 31 May of the same year. On 17 February 2000, he was appointed by Pope John Paul II appointed Bishop of Pietersburg.
