Limpopo
Limpopo is a South African province in the north of the republic. Covering an area of 125,754 km ² around 5.4 million people. The capital is Polokwane.
It was named after the Limpopo River in 2002, at the same time most towns of the province were renamed. The former name was Northern Province and until 1994 it was part of the former province of Transvaal. Limpopo bordered to the north by Botswana and Zimbabwe and to the east by Mozambique. The Kruger National Park with its northern part in the Limpopo province.
History
2013 sparked Stan Mathabatha Cassel Mathale (both ANC ) as the prime minister.
