Monica Vitti

Monica Vitti; actually: Maria Luisa Ceciarelli ( born November 3, 1931 in Rome, Lazio) is an Italian actress.

Life

Even as a young Monica Vitti did forth in amateur productions on stage. After graduating from Rome's Accademia Nazionale d' Arte Drammatica 1953 she worked mainly in the theater, however, had already in 1954 made ​​her film debut with a small role in the comedy ridere! Ridere! Ridere! End of the 1950s, she met Michelangelo Antonioni, with whom she lived for several years.
