Mont-Dauphin

Mont -Dauphin is a commune with 149 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the Hautes-Alpes department in the Provence- Alpes- Côte d' Azur. Furthermore, the fortress is called in this municipality of Mont- Dauphin.

Fortress

The fortress and at the same time the village of Mont -Dauphin were built in 1693 by the French military architect Vauban.
