The Mooki River is a river in the north of the Australian state of New South Wales.

He is the main river of the Liverpool Plains. Its source lies on the northern slopes of the Liverpool Range and the Coolah Tops at the confluence of Omaleagh Creek and Phillips Creek. From there it flows northward.
