Mosterton

Mosterton is a village with 626 inhabitants ( 2001) in the western Dorset ( England) five kilometers south of Crewkerne. It belongs to the Civil parish of Beaminster.

Mosterton is mentioned in the Domesday Book as belonging to Richard de Redvers († 1107 ).

Attractions

The 1833 built St. Mary's Church has the special feature that the 1975 originating from stained glass windows behind the altar agricultural motifs, such as a combine harvester and a tractor show.
