Motivational speaking

As a motivational training different methods of coaching are called, the client should help to achieve goals to increase their motivation and increase success. For use are different so called Mental strategies and exercises. Both should get the participants of a seminar or coaching to increase their personal and professional capacity and to overcome blockages. As the founder of the motivational training is to Joseph Murphy, the first representative of positive thinking.

The contents of motivational training often come from areas such as humanistic psychology, behaviorism, Neuro- Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, business administration, marketing or coaching. A clear conceptual distinction to mental training is difficult, the approaches overlap. Criticism

Critics of such trainers or coaches to operate pseudoscience. For example, in the neuro-linguistic programming, which is very often used by coaches motivation, argued that there is no evidence for the effectiveness of the techniques. Another problem with motivational training seems to be their implementation in the business environment, if it is primarily used to motivate employees, and their motivation problems are due to structural deficiencies in the work environment.
