Mount Bear is a 4520 m high mountain chain of Elias in Alaska, about 6 km west of the border with the Yukon Territory. He is the ninth highest mountain in Alaska and is located in the Wrangell St. Elias National Park.

Mount Bear is surrounded by high mountains. To the west lies the Mount Bona and east of Mount Lucania and Mount Logan. The Barnard Glacier, on the north of the Klutlan Glacier is located on the southwest flank of Mount Bear.
