Mozart Santos Batista Júnior

Mozart Santos Batista Júnior, short Mozart, ( born November 8, 1979 in Curitiba, Brazil ) is a Brazilian footballer. The defensive midfielder played for AS Livorno.

Mozart began his career in his hometown at Coritiba, but quickly moved to Rio to Flamengo, during this time belonged to the selection of Brazil for the Olympic football tournament in 2000, in the preparation and during the tournament, he came to 15 international appearances, the first two in November 1999 it against the A selection of Australia.

The Italian first division side Reggina Calcio became aware of him through its three services, at the time he was five starting players before he finally moved to Spartak in the Premjer League. In early 2009, he moved to Palmeiras Sao Paulo, already about half a year later, he joined a new club, the AS Livorno on.
