Mucky Foot Productions

Mucky Foot Productions Ltd. was an English development studio for computer games based in Guildford.

The studio closed its doors after financial difficulties in November 2003.

History

Mucky Foot was, three former games developer Bullfrog founded by Mike Diskett, Fin McGechie and Guy Simmons, in February 1997.

In the following years, the studio released games like Urban Chaos, Startopia and Blade 2 for various platforms.

In November 2003, the 40-person studio was closed. The main reason was, among other things, the termination of a publisher contract, which is why the studio ran into financial difficulties. The title Bulletproof Monk, was last worked on at Mucky Foot, was never published; also a nameless project the developer never saw the light of day.
