Muglbach

The Muglbach (Czech: Mohelský Potok, Potok also Mohelenský ) is a right tributary of the Wondreb in Germany and the Czech Republic. It flows in the northern part of the Upper Palatinate Forest in Tirschenreuth and Okres Cheb. Worth seeing is the waterfall just before the desert Muglmühle.

The Muglbach rises near the deserted village of Nové Mohelenská ( Neumugl ) in the corridors of Stara Voda ( oxbow ) on the southwestern slope of the 865 meter high Čupřina ( Schopf Berg), close to the German -Czech border. At a length of about 15 km, it meanders in many windings through the Neualbenreuther Frais. The remaining three kilometers, it runs in the Czech lands until it flows past the village of Stary Hrozňatov ( Altkinsberg ) in the Odrava ( Wondreb ).

Although he has only a length of about 18 kilometers, the Muglbach drove past at nearly half a dozen watermills.
