Mukhtarkhan Dildabekov

Muchtarchan Kablanbekowitsch Dildabekow (Cyrillic Мухтархан Кобланбекович Дилдабеков; born 19 March 1976) is a Kazakh boxer in the super heavyweight division. Dildabekow was the winner of the Asian Games in 1998 and silver medalist at the Asian Games in 2002 and 2006, and the World Championships in 1999. Moreover, he won the Olympic silver medal in 2000.

Career

1998 Dildabekow won the Asian Games in the super heavyweight ( 91 kg ) with a final victory over Mohamed Reza Samadi Khalkh, Iran (KO 3 ). At the World Championships in Houston the following year, he suggested, inter alia, in the quarterfinals Cengiz Koc, Germany ( 8:4 ), and in the semifinals Paolo Vidoz, Italy ( 3:1 ) before the Turks in Final Sinan Samil Sam narrowly lost ( 4:4 ).

In 2000, he secured at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney the silver medal.
