Municipality of Butel

Butel ( Macedonian Бутел; Albanian Butelį ) is one of the 10 Opštini the Macedonian capital Skopje. The Opština closes north of the Opština Čair. While a small portion is located southwest of the Vardar, the field of Opština extends nearly 20 km to the northeast. There is also the place Butel.

The district had about 36,000 inhabitants according to the last census from 2002.
