Myrtle Reed

Myrtle Reed ( born September 27, 1874 in Chicago, † August 17, 1911 ) was an American author. She was the daughter of Elizabeth Armstrong Reed and the priest of Hiram Reed. Some of her works, she wrote under the pseudonym Olive Green.

She was born in Chicago, where she also completed her education. In 1906 she married James Sydney McCullough. She died from an overdose of unknown substances.
