Naked Truth (Jeanette album)

Naked Truth is the fifth studio album by the German singer Jeanette Biedermann, published in April 2006 by Universal Records.

Background

The album Naked Truth was produced in Berlin, Mexico and Los Angeles, many of the songs were written and produced by Biedermann and her boyfriend Joerg Weisselberg. Naked Truth is composed mainly of rock and pop songs, but they are much harder than in previous albums.

The Naked Truth tour led Jeanette Biedermann in the spring of 2006 by Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The accompanying DVD Naked Truth - Live at the Bad Girls Club reached number two on the DVD charts.

2006 Jeanette Biedermann wrote an advertising contract with Electronic Arts for the promotion of the game The Sims. Therefore, the video for Run With Me contains many elements of the game. Run With Me finished third in the Media Control Charts and was awarded the Echo in the category "Best National Video ".

The reviews of Naked Truth were ambivalent:
