Nancy Richey

Nancy Richey ( born August 23, 1942 in San Angelo ) is a former American tennis player.

In her career she won six Grand Slam tournaments in singles and doubles, including the 1967 Australian Championships and 1968, the French Championships.

In 1969 she won the U.S. team the Federation Cup.

Richey is one of nine players, the original 9, 1970, the Virginia Slims Invitational played, organized and sponsored by Gladys Heldman.
