The Nattai River is a river in the east of the Australian state of New South Wales.

It rises in the extreme south of the Nattai National Park, north of Colo Vale on the eastern slopes of Mount Jelore. It flows to the north where it empties into Lake Burragorang and thus into the Wollondilly River.

The most important tributaries of the Nattai River are the Allum River and the Little River.

The river runs in uninhabited National Park. Shortly before its confluence with the Lake Burragorang crossed it a road, with the reservoir from the east of Picton 's been tapped. About the Nattai arm of the reservoir, the small town is Nattai with several lookouts over the lake. Other roads and settlements, there is not the Nattai River.
