Nedžad Sinanović

Nedžad Sinanović ( born January 29, 1983 in Zavidovići, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina) is a Bosnian basketball player. The over 2.20 m wide Sinanović was selected in the 2003 NBA Draft and then played in Belgium before moving to Real Madrid in 2005. Here, however, he was able to gamble no permanent place in the rotation and was loaned to the Köln 99ers in the 2007/ 08 BBL season. He also played on loan at Spanish second division, which was repeated after a change in 2009 to Unicaja Málaga. Since 2012 Sinanović, which also has Spanish citizenship plays in the first Spanish ACB League for Blancos de Rueda Valladolid.

Career

Sinanović began his career at Čelik from Zenica in his home country. After being selected in the NBA Draft in 2003 by the Portland Trail Blazers, he moved to the first Belgian League for Royal Basket Club from Pepinster, for which he was the following two seasons running. In the first season 2003/ 04 is different from the regular season in second place in the play-off semi-finals of the national championship.
