Neuseen Classics

The cycling classic Neuseen classics - around the brown coal is a race for everyone. The race takes place annually in the area south of Leipzig, Leipzig New instead. In 2014 there will be the first time two days of racing. On Saturday, May 10, an individual time trial over 30 kilometers, will take place. Start and finish is the city Zwenkau respectively. Everyman's race one day later, on Sunday 11 May, provides the distances of about 60 and 120 kilometers. In this case, the event site of Zwenkau to Leipzig ( Leipzig Alte Messe ) shifted. 2014 also discharged via the everyman routes the German University Championships and the German Championships companies. As in 2013, there will be no 2014 UCI races.

Professional race

The race was first held in 1966 and later from 2004. It was 2012, the last time the time being instead. Since 2005 it belonged to the UCI Europe Tour and was ranked first in the category 1.2. 2007, it was upgraded and since then belonged to category 1.1.

Every man race

In the " Neuseen classics - around the brown coal " Every man race for all ages as well as different distances ( 60 and 120 km) will be played. Moreover, even a race for school children over 3.1 and 9.3 km and a children's race for kindergarten children will find the celebrity race, instead.

Framework Programme

An extensive program allow the event to be fair. Families, sports enthusiasts or even cycling fans go on Sunday, 11 May, in common cycling tours of 5-6 different starting points to the venue. Participants receive this uniform shirts and a feeding bags.

On the Veranstaltungsgelänge an extensive program for all-day entertainment is provided.
