NextEra

NextEra is a Czech record company.

The company was founded in 1989 in Prague by Kristian Kotarac and specializes in electronic music especially ambient, film music and sound design, but also sells traditional dance music.

Well-known international musicians and sound designers such as Lustmord, Steve Roach or Klaus Wiese are under contract. The label has been the first lead Czech independent record company and has done in terms of ambient and sound design pioneer. NextEra is so far the only purely Czech record company that represents international artists and published.
