Ngarchelong

Ngarchelong is an administrative state (i.e., an administrative area ) of the Western Pacific island republic of Palau. It lies in the extreme north of the main island Babelthuap. Capital is Mengel long.

The 10 km ² large but sparsely populated administrative district with the eight small villages ( hamlets ) Ollei, Mengel Lang, Ngebei, Iebukel, Ngerbau, Ngriil, Ngeiungel and Ngermetong borders south to the district Ngaraard. Ngarchelong has only 488 inhabitants according to the 2005 census.
