NGC 6782

NGC 6782 is the name of a spiral galaxy, which is about 183 million light -years away from Earth. NGC 6782 has a peculiar structure. In its interior it seems a given structure, which resembles a small barred spiral galaxy.

Discovery

The galaxy NGC 6782 was discovered on July 12, 1834 by the British astronomer John Herschel.
