Nicolás GarcÃa
Nicolás García Hemme (born 20 June 1988) is a Spanish Taekwondo. It starts in the weight category up to 80 kilograms.
García was European Junior Champion in 2005 in Baku. In the adult area, he won his first medal at the 2008 European Championships in Rome, where he reached the finals and won the silver medal. Also silver he won the following year at the World Championships in Copenhagen, García only lost in the final against Steven Lopez. Another medal he won bronze at the European Championships 2012 in Manchester.
García won in January 2012 at the European Olympic qualifying tournament in Kazan in the weight class up to 80 kg the decisive battle for third place and qualified for the 2012 Olympic Games in London. There he won the silver medal, which he almost 0-1 points lost in the final against Argentina's Sebastian Crismanich.
