Nicolas Marin

Nicolas Marin ( born August 29, 1980 in Marseille ) is a French footballer who plays for Skoda Xanthi since summer 2012. Marin is easily recognized by his bleached hair.

Career

Marin began his career at Auxerre, before he was loaned to AS Saint- Étienne and CS Sedan, and then also purchased. In 2007 he moved to FC Lorient, but after several disagreements with the Lorient manager Christian Gourcuff, he agreed with the English club Plymouth Argyle a loan of half a year. After the loan had expired, he agreed with the SC Bastia on a loan of one year. After his contract at FC Lorient had expired, he joined in the summer of 2009 to Swiss club FC Sion and in the summer of 2011 to FC Lausanne-Sport. Just six months later, in January 2012, he moved to the United Arab Emirates to Dubai SC. After six months in Dubai, he moved to Greece to Skoda Xanthi.
